Fuego volcano (Guatemala) activity update

There were 8 explosions during 20-21 Dec which produced light gray ash column of 200-400 meters height and drifting 7 km west and SW. Incandescent material reached 100 meters above the crater and generated avalanches on the upper slopw. The lava flow toward Taniluya canyon was 300 meters long.
