Reventador volcano (Ecuador): near-constant explosions continue

The volcano continues to generate vulcanian-type explosions from the summit crater accompanied by near-continuous ash plumes reaching approx. 16,400 ft (5,000 m) altitude. Avalanches of incandescent material are being observed reaching the length at about 500 m from the summit.
