INSIVUMEH recorded 1-3 explosions per hour detected at Santa María's Santiaguito lava-dome complex during 20-26 November.
An ash plumes rose 600-900 meters above the summit and drifted SW and W. An ash sometimes fell locally, and likely in finca El Faro, Santa Maria, and Viejo Palmar during 20-21 and 24-25 November.
Avalanches of material descended towards the E, S, and SW flanks.
