Stromboli volcano (Italy): activity back to low-normal levels, summit access reopened

It consists of intermittent small to moderate strombolian explosions, at irregular intervals (few to tens of minutes, typically) from several vents. Access to the summit has been reopened for tours accompanied by certified mountain guides.
