Turrialba volcano (Costa Rica) - Smithsonian / USGS Weekly Volcanic Activity Report for 14 June-20 June 2017 (Continuing Activity)

OVSICORI-UNA reported that during 14-15 June gas emissions at Turrialba sometimes contained ash and rose no higher than 300 m above the crater. Events at 0620 and 1405 on 16 June generated ash plumes that rose 500 m and drifted NW, and 200 m and drifted S, respectively.
