Karymsky (Kamchatka): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Tokyo warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 16000 ft (4900 m) altitude or flight level 160 and is moving at 20 kts in W direction.

Suwanose-jima (Ryukyu Islands): Volcanic Ash Advisory Center Tokyo (VAAC) issued the following report: ERUPTED AT 20201026/1828Z FL090 EXTD S OBS VA DTG:26/1830Z

The Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) reported that a strong explosion occurred at 11:07 local time yesterday. The explosive event was characterized by vulcanian-type explosion that generated a dark ash plume, which reached approx. 6,000 ft (1,828 m) altitude and drifted SW.

Another explosive eruption was observed by surveillance cameras at 14:10 local time today. An ash plume rose 3,608 ft (1,100 m) above the summit crater and drifted south.

Pacaya (Guatemala): (26 Oct) The effusive-explosive eruption of the volcano has remained essentially unchanged at moderate to high levels.
INSIVUMEH reported that an eruptive fissure opened on the southwestern flank causing lava flow with length approx. 1,000 m due to strombolian activity.

Reventador (Ecuador): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Washington warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 15000 ft (4600 m) altitude or flight level 150 .

Sabancaya (Peru): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Buenos Aires warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 27000 ft (8200 m) altitude or flight level 270 and is moving at 05 kts in S direction.

Villarrica (Central Chile): (26 Oct) The activity of the volcano continues at moderate levels characterized by sporadic explosions.
On 23 October at 10:41 local time the volcano observatory SERNAGEOMIN recorded an another moderate explosion from the active crater associated with long-period (LP) earthquake. An ash plume rose 590 ft (180 m) above the summit and drifted east.
